WINES FROM THE REGION
MAGHREB
The tradition of viticulture in Morocco dates back to the Phoenicians. Wine from vines grown in the Maghreb region was drunk fondly by the ancient Romans. The wine tradition was cultivated by the French, who made Morocco one of the largest wine producers in the world.
The specialty of Morocco is gray wine (gris), fresh, fruity and delicate. Pale pink or salmon, with a grayish glow, it looks beautiful in the glass. It pairs perfectly with Moroccan couscous and taijne. Our restaurant is the only place in Poland where you can taste this drink. We also offer other wines of the Maghreb region.
