1 The Privacy Policy specifies how Users’ personal data necessary for the provision of services electronically through the website www.maghreb.pl (hereinafter: the Site) are collected, processed and stored.
(2) The site collects only personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered therein.
(3) Personal data collected through the Site shall be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as RODO) and the Law on Personal Data Protection of May 10, 2018.

d. stored in a form that allows identification of the persons to whom they relate, for no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
4 Personal data is used for:
a. The Company performs functions of obtaining information about users by voluntarily entering information in forms, in order to:
– Responding to inquiries from users directed using the contact form pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph. 1(f) RODO,
– Implementation of services provided by the Company under Art. 6 paragraph. 1(b) RODO,
– marketing, including sending commercial information to the e-mail address, if the customer has given his consent, based on Art. 6 paragraph. 1(a) RODO. Consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes and sending commercial information may be revoked at any time.

(5) The Company may process the User’s personal data: name, home address, e-mail address, telephone number.
(6) Recipients of personal data may be authorities, institutions and entities authorized by law, as well as entities providing services to the Company (e.g. legal, IT, marketing, accounting services and other entities participating in the implementation of the requested service).
(7) The data processed by the Company shall be accessed by the user of the site who submitted the data. You also have the right to modify this data, request its deletion, and limit or stop the processing of your personal data at any time.
(8) Notification of the User’s claim of entitlement under the said rights shall be sent to info@maghreb.pl.
(9) You have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing violates your rights and freedoms (RODO).
